Lethal Enforcers is a classic light-gun shooter brought to the Sega Mega Drive in 1993 by Konami. You take on the role of a Chicago police officer tasked with bringing down a major crime syndicate. Featuring digitized photographic graphics that were a major selling point at the time, the game thrusts you into high-stakes shootouts across banks, hijacked vehicles, and chemical plants. Originally designed for the Konami Justifier peripheral, it successfully delivered a gritty arcade experience to home consoles.
Your objective is to shoot armed criminals as they pop up on screen while carefully avoiding innocent civilians. In this browser-based version, move your crosshair using the D-pad (mapped to your arrow keys) and fire your weapon with the A button (Z key). Reloading is critical; you can reload by pressing the B button (X key) or by moving your crosshair to the edge of the screen and firing.
Always try to reload during brief lulls in the action so you aren’t caught with an empty cylinder when a new wave of enemies appears. Additionally, stay observant of your surroundingsโenemies frequently pop out from behind hostages or distant windows, so take a fraction of a second to confirm your target before pulling the trigger.
