As a young man inheriting his grandfather’s neglected farm in Mineral Town, you have exactly three years to restore the land to its former glory and win the approval of the local villagers. You will need to clear the fields, plant crops, raise livestock, and engage in town festivals while carefully managing your daily stamina.

How to Play

Your primary objective is to build a successful farm and establish relationships with the townsfolk before your three-year evaluation. Using standard PlayStation controls, the D-pad moves your character, Cross (X) confirms actions and uses tools, Circle (O) cancels or runs, Square stows items, and Triangle opens your rucksack. In your web browser, these map to the arrow keys for movement, X/Z/S/A for the face buttons, and Enter/Shift for Start and Select.

Tips

• Forage for early money: Before your first crops grow, head to the mountain daily to gather bamboo shoots and blue magic grass. Shipping these wild items provides crucial starting capital.
• Befriend the Harvest Sprites: Give the sprites behind the church gifts that match their outfit colors. Once their affection is high enough, you can hire them to water crops and harvest produce, which is essential for managing a large farm.
• Upgrade the watering can first: Focus your early tool upgrades on the watering can. A higher-level watering can covers multiple squares at once, saving massive amounts of time and stamina during the busy growing seasons.
