Game description:

Guardian Storm (also known as Jeon Sin in South Korea) is a vertically scrolling shoot ’em up released for arcades by Afega in 1998. Running on the same engine as the developer’s earlier title Red Hawk, it features a vibrant, cartoony art style and allows up to two players to blast their way through eight stages filled with whimsical enemies like stone statues and the Monkey King.

How to Play

Use the Arrow Keys to steer your chosen character. Press Z to fire your main weapon and X to use screen-clearing bombs. In the browser emulator, press Shift to insert a coin and Enter to start the game.

Tips

Unlike many arcade shooters, enemies drop gold upon defeat. Make sure to collect as much money as you can during a stage, as you will visit a shop between levels where you can purchase weapon power-ups, additional bombs, and extra lives.
