Ghost House is a classic Sega Master System action platformer released in 1986. Based on the earlier arcade game Monster Bash, players control a boy named Mick tasked with exploring a multi-level haunted mansion. Your goal is to navigate the tricky layout, uncover hidden keys, and defeat five incarnations of Dracula while fending off bats, mummies, and fire-breathing monsters.
The objective is to find keys to open the sealed coffins and defeat the vampires inside. You can jump, punch, and grab a magical sword for increased attack power. In the browser emulator, standard Sega Master System controls apply: use the Arrow keys to move and duck, Z to punch or swing your sword, X to jump, and Enter to start or pause the game.
Keep an eye out for flying arrows scattered around the mansion, which you can punch to freeze enemies temporarily. When you defeat a Dracula, the remaining ones become faster and more dangerous, so try to secure the sword and full health before opening the final coffins.
