Developed by Midway Games and released in 2000, Gauntlet Legends brings the classic arcade hack-and-slash action RPG experience to the PlayStation. Players choose from four distinct character classesโWarrior, Valkyrie, Wizard, or Archerโto battle through diverse realms and gather mystical obelisks in a quest to defeat the demonic emperor Skorne.
How to Play
Your objective is to survive waves of enemies, collect keys to unlock doors, and gather runestones hidden across each level. Play directly in your browser using the Arrow Keys for movement. The PlayStation face buttons (Cross, Circle, Square, Triangle) are mapped to Z, X, A, S on your keyboard for attacking, using magic, and turbo moves. Press Enter (Start) to pause or join, and Shift for Select.
Tips
- Your character’s health continuously drains over time. Prioritize finding and consuming food to keep your health meter filled.
- Destroy enemy generators as quickly as possible. If left alone, they will infinitely spawn monsters that can quickly overwhelm you.
- Save your powerful magic potions for emergencies, such as when you are surrounded by large groups of enemies or fighting tough bosses.
