Game Box Serie Esportes Radicais is a 1989 sports release published exclusively in Brazil by Tec Toy for the Sega Master System. Rather than an entirely original title, this cartridge is a stripped-down, budget version of the classic California Games. It removes most of the original events and character creation options, leaving only two focused modes to play: Surfing and BMX.
How to Play
The objective is to score as many points as possible within the time limit by performing stunts in either the Surfing or BMX events. The Sega Master System controls are mapped to your keyboard: use the arrow keys (D-pad) to steer and balance, and press Z and X (Buttons 1 and 2) to jump, pedal, or execute tricks. Press Enter to start the game and navigate the menus.
Tips
- BMX: Timing is critical. Make sure your bike is perfectly level before landing a jump, or you will crash and ruin your current run.
- Surfing: Build up speed by carving up and down the wave. Launch off the lip to perform aerial spins for maximum points, but make sure to land cleanly.
