Despite the aggressive name, this classic delivers a pure sports simulation where players select from four different golfers—each with distinct power and accuracy ratings—to tackle a challenging 18-hole course.

Your goal is to complete the course with the lowest score possible while keeping an eye on wind direction and choosing the right club for each lie. In the browser, the standard arcade controls map to your keyboard: use the Arrow Keys to aim your shot and adjust your stance, press Z to start your backswing and press it again to set your shot power and accuracy, and use X for secondary actions.

When timing your swing, focus on hitting the accuracy sweet spot just as much as power; a full-power shot with poor accuracy will hook or slice into the rough or water hazards. Additionally, always check the wind indicator before aiming, as strong gusts will dramatically alter the flight path of the ball on longer drives.
