Crush Roller is a classic 1981 maze arcade game developed by Kural Samno. Often remembered by its North American title, Make Trax, it puts a fresh coat of paint on the maze chase genre. Instead of eating dots, you control a paintbrush and must paint every single path of the labyrinth to clear the level, all while dodging a pair of pursuing enemy fish.
How to Play
Your goal is to completely paint the maze without being caught by the fish. Move your paintbrush using the Arrow keys. As this is an emulated arcade game, press Shift to insert a coin and Enter to start.
Tips
- Use the Rollers: There are two physical paint rollers positioned in the maze. You can push these rollers over the enemy fish to safely squish them and earn bonus points.
- Repaint the Footprints: An additional animal character will occasionally wander through the maze, leaving footprints on your freshly painted paths. You must go back and paint over these tracks before you can finish the level.
