Chuugokuryuu II (also known internationally as Dragon World II) is an arcade puzzle game released by IGS in 1997. Running on the PolyGameMaster (PGM) hardware, it takes the familiar tile-matching mechanics of solitaire mahjong and adds a unique twist where selected tiles are temporarily stored in a collection rack at the bottom of the screen.
How to Play
The objective is to clear all mahjong tiles from the board. You select available tiles to move them into your rack. When you collect three identical tiles in the rack, they are removed. You lose if your rack becomes completely full before you can make a match. In your browser, use the Arrow Keys to move your cursor and press Z to select a tile.
Tips
- Monitor your rack space: Never pick up a tile unless you can see a way to complete a set of three, as dead tiles will quickly clog up your limited rack space.
- Uncover the board: Prioritize removing tiles that are stacked on top of others to reveal more matching options beneath them.
