Bram Stoker’s Dracula is an action-platformer released for the NES in 1993, based on the classic film. Developed by Probe Entertainment and published by Sony Imagesoft, players take on the role of Jonathan Harker as he battles through Transylvania and London to defeat Count Dracula and his army of the undead.
How to play
Navigate through challenging platforming stages, defeating enemies with your weapons while avoiding deadly traps. The standard NES controls map to your keyboard: use the Arrow Keys to move and duck, Z to jump, X to attack, Enter for Start, and Shift for Select.
Tips
- Your primary weapon is a basic knife, but you can find powerful upgrades like axes and holy water throughout the levels. Try to keep these as long as possible, as taking damage will revert your weapon back to the knife.
- Take your time when jumping across gaps or moving through narrow corridors. Enemy placement is deliberately tricky, and rushing forward often leads to taking unnecessary hits.
