How to play
Your objective is to successfully hook and reel in fish while managing your line tension to avoid snapping it. Use the D-pad (arrow keys) to steer your boat and aim your cast. Press the X button (often mapped to the X key in your browser) to cast your line, and use it to reel the lure in. When a fish bites, pull the rod in the opposite direction of the fish’s movement to tire it out.
Tips
- Watch the tension gauge: Pay close attention to the color of your tension meter. If it flashes red, immediately stop reeling and let the fish run, or your line will snap.
- Vary your lures: Different species and water conditions require different lures. If a spot is quiet, try switching your lure and varying your retrieval speed to attract bites.
