Game description:

ATV Racing & Karate Joe is an unlicensed 2-in-1 compilation cartridge released for the Game Boy Color in 2001 by Datel. Often distributed in Europe as a magazine promotional freebie, this double pack features two independent games: an overhead driving game in ATV Racing, and a classic side-scrolling beat-’em-up in Karate Joe. Despite its obscure origins, Karate Joe is notable for surprisingly detailed pixel art and smooth animations reminiscent of early NES martial arts titles.

How to play

In ATV Racing, navigate tight overhead tracks, while Karate Joe tasks you with fighting through levels of gang members to defeat their boss. The Game Boy Color controls map to your keyboard: move with the arrow keys, use Z for A (accelerate/jump) and X for B (brake/attack). Press Enter for Start and Shift for Select.
