Star Ship is one of the nine games Atari bundled with the 2600 at its 1977 launch — a space shooter where you pilot a craft through a starfield, picking off incoming alien ships. Pressing F11 (SELECT) before you start cycles through several built-in variants, including two-player modes where a second pilot joins on the same keyboard using the TGFH keys.
How to play
Move your ship with the arrow keys and fire with Spacebar. A second player steers with TGFH and fires with A. F11 cycles game modes before a round, F12 resets, and Alt+P pauses.
