Scramble Bootleg Bootleg 2 is an alternative arcade version of the classic side-scrolling shooter, playable directly in your browser. Navigating a spaceship through a series of distinct, treacherous zones, players must manage their fuel while fending off rockets, UFOs, and enemy bases.
How to Play
Your objective is to reach the end of the final zone and destroy the enemy base. Press 5 or Shift to insert a coin, then press 1 or Enter to start. Use the Arrow Keys to maneuver your ship. Press Z or Space to fire your forward laser, and X or Ctrl to drop bombs on ground targets.
Tips
- Prioritize bombing the fuel tanks (marked with “FUEL”) over destroying enemies. Your fuel depletes constantly, and destroying tanks is the only way to replenish it.
- Learn the arc of your bombs; they travel forward and down, allowing you to hit targets before flying directly over them.
