Gun Hohki is a fantasy-themed side-scrolling shoot ’em up released by Irem for the arcade in 1992. Known internationally as Mystic Riders, it swaps traditional spaceships for wizards flying on broomsticks through quirky, colorful stages.
How to play
Navigate the auto-scrolling stages and shoot down waves of bizarre enemies. Alongside your standard magic shot, your broomstick is your best tool. You can throw the broom forward to deal heavy damage and block incoming enemy bullets before it boomerangs back to you.

Tips
- Rely on your broom throw for defense. It can absorb dense bullet patterns that are otherwise impossible to dodge.
- Use the broom aggressively against bosses. It deals continuous damage while it spins in place.
