Wisdom Boy (known in Chinese as ææēæŧį, “Dou Zhi Pin Pan”) is an unlicensed puzzle game for the Nintendo Entertainment System, published by Sun Team for the Chinese NES/Famiclone market. Rather than action or platforming, it’s a pure shape-fitting puzzle: pieces are drawn from a queue and must be rotated and placed to completely fill an empty outline, one stage at a time.
How to Play
The goal on each stage is to fill the puzzle grid completely by rotating and positioning the shapes you’re given, with no gaps left over. The game offers three difficulty tiers â easy, normal, and hard â with 18 stages apiece, and lets you turn off the timer if you’d rather solve at your own pace.
Controls follow the standard NES layout: D-pad to move and select, A/B to rotate and place a piece, and Start to pause. In the browser, that’s the arrow keys, Z/X, and Enter.
