Theme Park is a classic management simulation developed by Bullfrog Productions and released for the SNES in 1994. You are tasked with building and running a profitable amusement park from the ground up. This involves laying out paths, placing rides and shops, hiring staff like entertainers and mechanics, and managing the delicate balance between ticket prices, visitor happiness, and staff wages.
How to play
The objective is to increase your park’s value and visitor count to become a successful theme park tycoon. Below are the default controls for navigating the park and managing your business:
| Gamepad control: | |

| action button A | Z |
| action button B | X |
| action buttons X, Y | A, S |
| shoulder buttons L, R | Q, E |
| SELECT | Shift |
| START | Enter |
Tips
- Keep an eye on visitor thoughts (the thought bubbles above their heads) to quickly address issues like hunger, thirst, or long queue times before they leave angry.
- Don’t over-hire staff early on; a few well-placed handymen and mechanics are enough for a small park and save on wages.
- Adding extra salt to your fries will make visitors thirsty, driving up sales at your drink stalls.
