🎮 Play Taiyou no Yuusha Firebird (Japan) [En by Dragoon-X v1.01] (~Hero of the Sun Fire Bird) Online (NES)

Taiyou no Yuusha Fighbird is a vertical-scrolling shoot ’em up released for the NES in 1992 by Irem and Tamtex, based on the classic mecha anime series. Fully playable in English thanks to a fan translation, players take on the role of the Space Police to fight against the forces of Draias. As a standard arcade-style shooter, you pilot the Fire Jet and eventually combine into the powerful Fighbird mecha to blast through waves of enemy forces and tackle giant bosses at the end of each stage.

How to Play

Your objective is to survive the scrolling stages, defeat the enemy waves, and destroy the stage boss to advance. Use the Arrow keys to move your ship and dodge incoming fire. Press Z to shoot your primary weapon and X to use special attacks. Press Enter to start the game or pause the action.

Tips

• Collect power-ups dropped by specific enemy formations to upgrade your primary shot and increase your firepower.
• Save your special attacks for the boss encounters, as they can clear the screen of projectiles and deal massive damage when you need it most.
