Game description:

Silviana – Ai Ippai no Little Angel is a challenging action role-playing game developed by Pack-In-Video and released in 1988 for the Famicom Disk System (FDS). Players take on the role of a young girl embarking on a quest to cure her ailing mother by collecting eight rare potion elements. The adventure spans a vast world map where you must visit towns to upgrade your equipment before delving into dangerous caves and towers. It is notably known for its high difficulty and an intriguing “mirror” version of its world that offers an even greater challenge.

How to Play

Your objective is to explore the world, fight monsters, and gather the eight elements needed to create a cure. The default NES controls in the browser are mapped as follows: use the Arrow Keys (D-pad) to move around the map and navigate menus. Press Z (A button) to attack or confirm selections, and X (B button) to use items or cancel actions. Use Enter (Start) to pause the game and Shift (Select) to access your inventory or status screens.

Tips

  • Take time to grind for currency early on, as upgrading your equipment in the starting towns is essential to surviving the high initial difficulty.
  • Pay close attention to NPC dialogue, as finding the entrances to specific caves and the required path forward can be cryptic.
