Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye is a 1990 puzzle game published by Activision for DOS. As the sequel to the original hit Mahjong solitaire game, it expands on the classic tile-matching formula by introducing several new tile sets and layouts. In addition to the standard solitaire gameplay, it features a unique competitive two-player “Dragon’s Eye” mode.

How to play

In the standard solitaire mode, the objective is to clear the board by matching pairs of identical free tiles (tiles not covered by another and having at least one side open). In the two-player Dragon’s Eye mode, one player (the Dragon Maker) attempts to build a dragon structure by placing tiles, while the other (the Dragon Slayer) tries to dismantle it by matching them. Use the mouse to select and match tiles. For fullscreen, press Right Alt + Enter.
