Pengo is an action puzzle game developed by Coreland and published for the Atari 2600 in 1983. Taking control of the titular red penguin, players navigate a frozen maze in Antarctica, pushing ice blocks to crush the pursuing Sno-Bees and clear each stage.
How to play
The objective is to survive and eliminate every Sno-Bee on the board. Push ice blocks to slide them across the screen; if a sliding block hits a Sno-Bee, the enemy is crushed. If you push an ice block that cannot slide, it will shatter.

Tips
- Line up the three diamond blocks in a row to earn a large point bonus and temporarily stun all active Sno-Bees, making them easy to eliminate.
- Pay attention to the outer walls. Pushing against a wall will vibrate it and stun any Sno-Bees currently touching it.
- Clear out ice blocks near the center of the board early on. This gives you more room to maneuver and escape when enemies start closing in.
