Knight Rider is an action-driving game released for the NES in 1988 by Pack-in-Video. Based on the hit television series, players take the wheel of K.I.T.T., the iconic talking trans-am. The game blends high-speed racing with combat as you drive across the United States, chasing down terrorist forces and battling enemy vehicles on the highway.
How to Play
Your goal is to reach the end of each route before time runs out while destroying or avoiding enemy cars and helicopters. Use the Arrow Keys to steer and accelerate/brake. Press Z and X to fire K.I.T.T.’s weapons and activate the signature turbo boost to jump over hazards. Enter acts as Start and Shift as Select.
Tips
- Save your turbo boosts for when you really need them, like jumping over blockades or large gaps in the road.
- Shooting certain enemy vehicles will drop power-ups, such as extra time, shields, or weapon upgrades.
