Game description:

Kakutou Denshou: F-Cup Maniax is the Japanese release of the 3D fighting game Fighter Destiny 2, developed by Opus and published by Imagineer for the Nintendo 64 in 1999. Unlike traditional fighting games that rely on depleting a health bar, this game uses a unique point-based scoring system where matches are won by executing specific techniques like throws, ring-outs, and special knockdowns.

How to play: The objective is to score a set number of points before your opponent. Points are awarded based on the type of attack landed, with different values given for throws, ring-outs, and special moves. Use the Arrow keys for movement (D-pad/Analog), Z, X, A, S, Q, and W for action buttons, and Enter for Start.

Tips: Focus on understanding the point values for your character’s moves; a quick ring-out can often score more efficiently than trading strikes. Use positioning to keep your opponent near the edge of the arena, and rely on throws to secure guaranteed points when they play defensively.
