Kage no Densetsu (also known as The Legend of Kage) is a fast-paced action platformer originally developed by Taito and released for the NES in 1986. Taking on the role of the young Iga ninja Kage, you must rescue Princess Kiri from a villainous warlord. How to Play
Your objective is to survive the changing seasons across different environmentsโfrom the forest to the castleโand defeat the bosses at the end of the loop. Use the default NES controls (mapped to Arrow keys for movement, Z/X for A/B, and Enter/Shift for Start/Select in the browser). Kage is armed with an endless supply of shuriken for ranged attacks and a kodachi (short sword) for close-quarters combat.
