Game description:

Cu-On-Pa SFC is a unique grid-based puzzle game released for the Super Famicom in 1996 by T&E Soft. Originally a Japanese adaptation of the Western PC title Endorfun, it challenges players to control a three-dimensional cube rolling across a playing field, matching colors to clear stages before the timer runs out.

How to Play

The objective is to clear all colored tiles on the ground, known as “Life Panels.” You do this by rolling your cube so that the color on its bottom face matches the color of the tile you are landing on. Move the cube using the D-pad (mapped to your keyboard’s arrow keys), and use Start (Enter) to begin. Be strategic with your movements, as you will need to plan your route to align the correct colors.

Tips

Plan ahead by visualizing which color will face down after your next sequence of rolls. Look out for “Lightning Panels,” which can be activated to clear multiple tiles at once and help you out of tight spots when the timer is ticking down.
