Developed by Wisdom Tree for the NES in 1991, Bible Adventures is a unique educational platformer split into three distinct stories. Players can choose to gather animals for Noah’s Ark, carry Baby Moses safely past guards, or herd sheep as David before facing Goliath.

How to play

The core gameplay focuses on picking up and carrying objects rather than traditional platforming combat. You can lift multiple animals, items, or people and stack them on top of your head to transport them simultaneously, which is essential for completing each level’s objective.

Controls: Use the Arrow Keys (D-pad) to move. Press Z (B button) to pick up or throw objects, and X (A button) to jump. Press Enter (Start) to pause the game.

Tips

You can carry up to four objects at once by stacking them, which saves a massive amount of time when returning animals to the Ark.
Taking damage will cause you to drop everything you are carrying. If you are holding a tall stack of animals, they will scatter, so maneuver carefully around enemies.
