Beany Bopper is a fixed-screen action shooter published by Sirius Software for the Atari 2600 in 1982. Designed by Mark Turmell, the game places players in control of a mobile defensive cannon tasked with clearing waves of bouncing creatures known as Beanies before they swarm the screen.
How to Play
Steer your character across the bottom of the playfield and fire upward at incoming Beanies. Eliminating or stunning targets causes them to drop bonus items like stars and beans, which you can collect for extra points. Avoid colliding with active Beanies or falling hazards to preserve your lives.
