Battle Tycoon: Flash Hiders SFX is a 1995 fighting game for the SNES developed by Right Stuff. A direct sequel to the PC Engine CD game Flash Hiders, it expands on its predecessor by blending traditional 2D fighting mechanics with RPG elements, creating a distinctive and rewarding combat experience.
How to Play
The game features a standard arcade mode as well as a unique “Advance Mode,” where you can level up your character, earn money from battles, and purchase better equipment or stats to gain an edge. In the browser, the standard SNES controls map to your keyboard: use the arrow keys for movement, jumping, and crouching, and Z, X, A, and S for your varying punch and kick attacks. Press Enter for Start and Shift for Select.
Tips
If you want to experience the RPG mechanics, choose Advance Mode from the main menu. Fighting defensively and saving up your earnings for high-tier equipment early on will make later bouts significantly easier. During combat, familiarise yourself with your character’s unique special moves (usually performed with quarter-circle motions) to control space and keep opponents guessing.
