Game description:

The Amazing Spider-Man is an action-platformer published by Paragon Software for DOS in 1989. Mysterio has kidnapped Mary Jane Watson and hidden her within Rockwell Studios, forcing Spider-Man to navigate through various movie-themed sets, bypass traps, and fight robotic enemies to rescue her.

How to Play

Spider-Man can walk, jump, stick to walls and ceilings, and swing from his webs. Your web-fluid meter serves as both your ammunition and your health bar; taking damage from hazards or enemies drains it, and shooting webs also uses it up. The game is controlled by the standard keyboard keys mapped to the DOS emulator. Press Right Alt + Enter to toggle fullscreen mode.

Tips

Because your web fluid is also your health, avoid unnecessary combat and focus on dodging enemies. Search the studio rooms carefully for web cartridges to replenish your meter, as you will need plenty of fluid to swing across the larger hazards.
