🎮 Play Accele Brid (Japan) [En by Aeon Genesis v1.0] Online (SNES)

Accele Brid is a fast-paced 3D rail shooter developed by Genki and released for the Super Famicom (SNES) in 1993. Set inside high-speed tubular tracks, you pilot one of three heavily armed mechas—Silver Mare, Beliws, or Nitika—battling enemy robots while dodging hazards. Drawing inspiration from arcade classics like Space Harrier, the game blends forward-scrolling shooting with close-quarters mecha combat, allowing you to punch, kick, and fire weapons from both arms as you race to the end of each stage. This version features the English translation by Aeon Genesis.

How to Play

Your objective is to survive the high-speed pipe courses and defeat the boss at the end of each stage. You can customize your mecha’s loadout before launching, choosing weapons that best suit your playstyle.

• Movement: D-pad (Arrow Keys) to move around the inner wall of the pipe.
• Attack: Y/X (A/S keys) to fire left and right arm weapons. B (Z key) to jump, and A (X key) for melee attacks like kicks and punches.
• Start: Enter key to pause the game.

Tips

• Collect Power-ups: Watch for item pods in the tube. Destroying them drops weapon upgrades and armor repairs which are vital for surviving later stages.
• Master Melee: Ranged weapons are great, but punching and kicking enemies that get too close can save you from taking heavy collision damage.
• Manage Depth Perception: The simulated 3D environment makes judging distance tricky. Keep moving constantly to avoid incoming fire, rather than waiting to see exactly where shots will land.
