Dig Dug is a classic arcade action game developed by Namco and released for the Atari 7800. Players control Taizo Hori as he digs tunnels through the earth, aiming to clear each stage of subterranean monsters. You must strategically eliminate the red Pookas and fire-breathing Fygars to survive.
How to play
Clear the stage of all enemies by either inflating them with your air pump until they pop or crushing them under falling rocks. Use the arrow keys to move and dig, and press X or Z to use your air pump. You can also press Enter to pause the game.
Tips
You can partially inflate an enemy to stun them for a few seconds, allowing you to safely slip past them. For maximum points, dig under rocks when multiple enemies are chasing you to crush several at once, but be careful not to get caught underneath yourself!
