Released in 1982 by Arcadia Corporation for the Atari 2600, Suicide Mission is an action shooter with a unique biological theme. Originally designed as an outer-space arcade clone, the setting was shifted to the human bloodstream during development. You pilot a microscopic submarine tasked with hunting down and destroying invading viruses that drift across the screen, avoiding collisions in a zero-friction environment.
How to play
Your objective is to survive and rack up a high score by blasting the viral enemies. Larger viruses will split into smaller, faster fragments when shot, making them harder to dodge. Use the controls below to steer your submarine, apply thrust, and fire your weapons.

Tips
- Apply thrust in short bursts. Holding it down will cause your submarine to drift uncontrollably and likely crash into a virus.
- Focus on destroying the smaller, faster virus fragments before breaking apart other large ones to keep the screen from getting too chaotic.
